- SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Reboot your SwitchBot Universal Remote by pressing the reset pin into the reset hole on the bottom of the device for one second.
3. Long press the Universal Remote icon to remove it from your App.
4. Add your Universal Remote to SwitchBot App again.
5. If the issue still exists, please contact us via SwitchBot App > Profile > Help & Feedback >Feedback.
