1. There might be a possibility that the ON button could be accidentally pressed during transportation, causing the device to turn on by itself. This may lead to the battery being fully depleted by the time you receive the device. Before using the device, please charge the device using the provided cable for at least one hour and ensure it can power on.
2. If the SwitchBot logo appears on the screen before you add the Universal Remote to the SwitchBot App, it's not an issue with the product. It's just waiting to connect after being powered on. Long press the ON and OFF buttons for 3 seconds to pair your device.
The display of the SwitchBot logo means that the Universal Remote is powered on.
After pressing the ON and OFF buttons for 3 seconds, the Universal Remote will enter pairing mode.
