SwitchBot Universal Remote only displays battery level while charging or when the device's power is below 20%. So, if you don't see the battery icon on the screen, it means your device has enough power right now. No need to worry about it.

You can check the battery level in the following order: SwitchBot App -> SwitchBot Universal Remote -> Gear Mark in the upper right corner -> Firmware & Battery.
