How to Set up SwitchBot Universal Remote?

• SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Set up SwitchBot Universal Remote in the following order.

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap the "+" in the upper right corner of the home screen.
• Tap "Add Device".
• Under "Power & Switch", tap Universal Remote.
• Press the ON button for 3 seconds to start it.
• Press the ON and OFF buttons for 2 seconds simultaneously to enter the pairing mode.
• Tap "connect".
• The device will be connected automatically.
• Set a favorite name and room, then tap "Next".
• A message saying "Successfully Added" will display.
• Set up devices and scenes according to your needs.

Note: If the SwitchBot logo appears on the screen before you add the Universal Remote to the SwitchBot App, it's not an issue with the product. It's just waiting to connect after being powered on. Don't worry about it and proceed with adding the device in step 2.
