What can I do if the exported temperature and humidity data is wrong?

• SwitchBot App Version: V7.7.1 or newer
• Firmware Version: SwitchBot Meter: 2.9 or newer, SwitchBot Meter Plus: 0.6 or newer

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. Please confirm that the Meter/Meter Plus has been added to the SwitchBot App and that the firmware version is the latest version.
If it is not Meter V2.9/Meter Plus V0.6 or later, please contact us at SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Help&Feedback.

3. If the above does not resolve the issue, please log in to the SwitchBot app → Profile → Help & Feedback → Feedback. Our technical team will investigate.
