Do We Have to Use a PIN Code When Unlocking SwitchBot Lock with Alexa and Google Assistant Voice Commands?

  • Firmware Version: V6.4 or newer
1. For security reasons, voice input of the PIN code is required to unlock the SwitchBot Lock using Amazon Alexa/Google Home (Assistant).
 
2. SwitchBot Lock operation by Amazon Alexa/Google Home (Assistant) requires the use of SwitchBot Hub Plus/Hub Mini/Ceiling Light series in combination.
