- SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Pro and SwitchBot Hub have been added to your App.
3. Enable the cloud service of SwitchBot Lock Pro.
- Launch SwitchBot App and login.
- Tap your Lock Pro.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "cloud service" on the setting screen.
- connect Lock Pro to the hub that has been added to your account.
Starting with SwitchBot App version 9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the Cloud Service (the Cloud Service option has been removed). Simply place the Hub near the installed Lock Pro, within Bluetooth range, and it will automatically connect to the Hub.

4. Link SwitchBot App with Amazon Alexa App.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap the relevant SwitchBot Lock.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- In the Settings screen, tap on "Cloud Services".
- Tap Amazon Alexa.
- Tap "Connect".
- Enter your Amazon Alexa App login ID and password.
- The link will be automatically established.

5. Create an Alexa routine.
- Launch Amazon Alexa App and log in.
- Tap "More" in the lower right corner.
- Tap "Routines".
- Tap "+" in the upper right corner.
- Add an event (such as location or schedule) under "When".
- Under "Alexa will", add an action -> Smart Home -> Locks -> choose your Lock Pro -> tap add.
- Save
Note: Unlocking the Lock and Lock Pro is not supported on the Alexa App at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
The same settings can also apply to SwitchBot Lock.
