1. Asegúrate de que la versión de tu aplicación SwitchBot esté actualizada.
2. Asegúrate de que el Hub Mini esté conectado a una red WiFi estable de 2.4GHz (802.11b/g/n, iPv4) en lugar de una de 5GHz. Actualmente, no se admiten redes iPv6 ni routers Wi-Fi 6.
3. En muchos casos, ayuda a solucionar la conexión con el router reiniciando el router.
4. Ten en cuenta que los materiales de construcción y los objetos metálicos ubicados entre el router WiFi y el Hub Mini o entre el Hub Mini y tus teléfonos móviles afectan la conectividad. Si es posible, configura el Hub Mini dentro de una línea de visión clara de tu router WiFi.
5. Si eso no funciona, se recomienda realizar una prueba conectando el Hub Mini a un Punto de Acceso Personal desde otro teléfono móvil. Presta atención a los siguientes puntos:
- Turn on Personal Hotspot from another mobile phone.
- If possible, turn off the Wi-Fi router to exclude disturbances during the test.
- For iPhone 12 or newer devices, enable Maximize Compatibility to ensure the personal hotspot is a 2.4GHz network.
6. Después de que el punto de acceso personal esté habilitado, sigue los pasos para continuar con tu prueba.
- Tap the Hub Mini on SwitchBot App.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right corner.
- Tap Wi-Fi Settings.
- Tap Edit, enter the new name & password of personal hotspot on your mobile phone.
7. Si el Hub Mini se conecta correctamente a un Punto de Acceso Personal, entonces el problema puede estar en la configuración de tu router WiFi.
