1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock and Hub have been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Enable the cloud service of SwitchBot Lock.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap your Lock.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Cloud Services" on the Settings screen.
- Turn on "Cloud Services" and connect it to SwitchBot Hub products in your account.
Starting with SwitchBot App version 9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the Cloud Service (the Cloud Service option has been removed). Simply place the Hub near the installed Lock Pro, within Bluetooth range, and it will automatically connect to the Hub.
4. Create a shortcut to lock the Lock.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap your Lock.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Cloud Services" on the Settings screen.
- Tap "Siri shortcuts".
- Record and save the phrase.
Note:
If the phrases aren't recognized correctly in the recording, we recommend typing them in manually.
You can edit and delete shortcuts you've already created by going to SwitchBot App > Profile > Siri Shortcuts.
Unlocking the Lock by shortcuts is not supported.
5. You can lock the Lock using the "Hey Siri" feature according to the settings mentioned above.

The same settings can be applied to SwitchBot Lock Pro.
