Check whether there is frequent movement in the camera view that may not be immediately noticeable, such as air vents, glass reflections, sunlight, moving curtains, or rotating fans.
Try setting the motion detection sensitivity based on the detection distance. For reference, sensitivity levels 1-3 correspond to a detection distance of 1-3 meters, levels 4-6 correspond to 4-6 meters, and levels 7-10 correspond to 7-9 meters. Higher sensitivity may make false detections more likely.
