What to Do If I Cannot Insert the SD Card to the Monitor?

1. The monitor comes with a 4GB microSD card already installed at the time of shipment. Please check if you can turn on recording in the order of SwitchBot app -> video doorbell -> gear icon -> local storage.

2. If you want to change to a larger capacity card (up to 512GB compatible), please first remove the default SD card and then insert the new SD card.

3. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
