What Should I Do if Standing Circulator Fan Has Abnormal Battery Drain?

  1. Make sure Standing Circulator Fan firmware version is up to date.
  2. If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in the SwitchBot App and describe the battery drain issue, such as “it can only be used for 2 hours at medium fan speed.”
