What Should I Do if Battery Circulator Fan 2 Pro Makes Abnormal Noise When Oscillating?

  1. Make sure the fan blades are tightened properly.
  2. If the abnormal noise persists, remove the fan blades, take out the blade washer, then reinstall the washer and check whether the issue improves.
  3. If the abnormal noise still persists, or if there is no washer behind the fan blades, please let us know the fan speed level when the abnormal noise occurs and provide a video of the noise via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
