What Should I Do if the Power Button on Battery Circulator Fan 2 Pro Occasionally Does Not Respond?

  1. Make sure the device has enough battery power, or keep the power cable connected.
  2. Try pressing the night light button, or check whether the device can be controlled via the SwitchBot App or remote control.
  3. If other buttons or control methods work properly, please wait 5 minutes, then try pressing the power button again.
  4. If all buttons do not respond, or if the device cannot be controlled via the SwitchBot App or remote control, please record a video of pressing the power button and contact us via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
