What Should I Do if SwitchBot Standing Circulator Fan Does Not Oscillate?

1. When assembling the Standing Circulator Fan, please make sure all parts are securely tightened with screws. If the parts are not properly secured, the fan may not oscillate normally.

2. Please check whether the Standing Circulator Fan can oscillate properly at all three heights: low, medium, and high. If oscillation fails at only one height, the issue may be with the corresponding part, and we can send that part separately. If it does not oscillate at any height, the issue may be with the main fan unit itself.

3. If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in SwitchBot App. When contacting us, please provide us with the following information:

• Whether the Standing Circulator Fan fails to oscillate at all three heights: low, medium, and high.
• A video showing that the Standing Circulator Fan does not oscillate.
