How to Add Non-SwitchBot Cameras to SwitchBot AI Hub

• SwitchBot App Version：9.23 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot cameras and AI Hub have been added to your App.

3. Make sure your existing third-party camera supports RTSP.

4. Please obtain and copy the RTSP link (usually found in the app where the camera is added).

5. Go to SwitchBot app → AI Hub → tap the camera addition icon in the bottom menu bar → tap "Add third-party camera" → paste the RTSP links and name your device → save.

The video stream format is as follows:

• username: Username, default is: admin.  
• password: Password, default is the verification code on the camera base sticker.  
• IP: Device IP, for example: 192.168.31.108.  
• port: Port number, default: 554. If it is already the default value, keep it unchanged.  
• codec: Options include h264, MPEG-4, mpeg4.  
• channel: Channel number, starting from 1; for example, channel 1 is ch1.  
• subtype: Stream type. main stream is main, sub stream is sub.
