How to Renew SwitchBot AI Hub's AI+ Services at a Discounted Rate After the Free Trial Expires

Apple App Store (iOS)

AI Hub offers a free trial for the first month. Due to the way subscriptions are managed in the Apple App Store, you will need to manually refresh your plan to access our special 3-month discount once your trial is over. Please follow these steps:

• Go to the App Store, tap your account icon, and select Subscriptions. 
• Locate the SwitchBot App and manually cancel your current trial plan. 
• Once canceled, reopen the SwitchBot App, navigate to the AI+ Service section, and resubscribe. The discounted rate will now be visible.

Note:

Please be aware that this 3-month discount is only valid during the promotional period. After the three months end, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price unless you cancel it in your App Store settings beforehand.

Google Play Store (Android)

AI Hub includes a one-month free trial. Because of Google Play Store subscription rules, you must manually restart your subscription process to apply the 3-month discount after your trial finishes. To do this:

• Open Google Play, go to Payments & Subscriptions, and then Subscriptions. 
• Find the SwitchBot App and cancel your existing trial package. 
• After canceling, return to the SwitchBot App, select the AI+ Service, and start a new subscription. You will then see the discount applied.

Note:

The 3-month discount is a limited-time offer. Once the discount period concludes, the plan will automatically renew at its original price. If you do not wish to continue the service at the full price, please remember to cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store before it expires.
