You can access the Frigate webpage via the SwitchBot app or on a PC browser.

Via SwitchBot app: Navigate to AI Hub > Settings > Frigate Setup and tap the URL on the page.
Via PC browser: Copy the camera's URL from the SwitchBot app, then access the webpage on a PC browser with the URL.

Q4: Where can I see detection results?

On the Frigate webpage, click the Review icon then switch to the Detections page (the second tab from the left) to view the detection results.

Q5: What should I do if I can't access the Frigate webpage or if it isn't displaying anything?

Ensure your AI Hub and camera are connected to the internet.
Verify your devices are powered on and functioning properly.
If the page fails to load, try refreshing or restarting your browser.

Q6: How to resolve slow access or lag?

Access Frigate within the same local area network (LAN) as your cameras.
Close unnecessary background apps.
Reduce the number of cameras added to your AI Hub.
