1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Smart Video Doorbell has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Please adjust the doorbell volume in the following order.
- Launch SwitchBot app and log in.
- Tap the Video Doorbell.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Sound & Light" in the settings screen.
- Adjust the monitor, doorbell, and intercom volume according to your preference.
