- SwitchBot App Version:9.19 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Smart Video Doorbell has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Turn on notifications for Smart Video Doorbell in the following order:
- Launch the SwitchBot app and log in.
- Tap "Profile" at the bottom right.
- Tap on "Preferences".
- Tap on "App Notifications".
- Enable "App Notifications".
- Turn on "Device Notifications".
- Tap on "Notification Management" below device notifications.
- Switch to the Home where the Smart Video Doorbell is located at the top left.
- Tap on the corresponding Smart Video Doorbell.
- Enable "Allow Notifications".
- Enable the "Motion Detection" and "Human Detection" notification items.
4. You can turn off notifications in the same order.
