Please update the Wi-Fi information for your Smart Video Doorbell in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap the Smart Video Doorbell.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Wi-Fi Settings" on the settings screen.
- Tap "Wi-Fi".
- Enter your new 2.4GHz Wi-Fi SSID and password to reconnect your device.
Note:
When you delete and re-add the device, you can also update the Wi-Fi information.
