- SwitchBot App Version:9.19 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Smart Video Doorbell has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Please set the language for Smart Video Doorbell in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap the Smart Video Doorbell.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "More Features" on the settings screen.
- Tap "Language".
- Select your desired language and save.
Once the setup is complete, the language on both your doorbell chime and monitor display will change.
