How to Set Detected Scenarios as Triggers for Sending a Notification? – SwitchBot Help Center

Ensure your AI Hub and its paired cameras are updated to the latest firmware.
Make sure AI+ is enabled (AI Hub > Settings > AI+).
Set a profile for each paired camera (AI Hub > Settings > AI+).
Tap the bell icon in the top-right corner of the Profile page to enter Notifications.
Tap Settings > Notification Management under Device Notifications then choose your target camera.
Enable Allow Notifications, then enable Detects a scenario (AI Hub).

Tips: Tap Not set under Detects a scenario (AI Hub) to enter the page for editing custom scenario.
