- SwitchBot App Version:9.13 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. When our R&D team investigates a case, please provide feedback on the application for easy investigation by submitting it via the SwitchBot App in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap "Profile" in the lower right corner.
- Tap "Support".
- Tap "Feedback".
- Tap "Create a New Ticket".
- Select "Product Issues" under Question Type item.
- Select the target product under Product item.
- Describe your question in detail under Question Details.
- Attach screenshots, photos, videos, or screen recordings by tapping the "+" icon under the Pictures/Videos section.
- Tap "Submit".
Important Note:
- Please rest assured that we will not use the data you submit for any purposes other than investigation.
- You can view all the feedback you have submitted under "feedback" and respond to the tickets.
- After the ticket is marked as closed, you will not be able to reply to the ticket in SwitchBot App, but you can still continue replying to the corresponding ticket in your emailbox. Also, you can also submit new feedback.
- For issues not related to product usage, you can choose the corresponding question option under the category of Question Type to submit feedback.
