What to Do If My Circulator Fan Won't Power On?

1. Turn off the power switch located at the bottom of the Circulator Fan and then turn it back on.

2. Connect the Circulator Fan's AC power cable to a different power source and verify if it powers on.

3. With the AC power cable plugged in, press and hold the power button on the Circulator Fan control panel for 15 seconds to reset it.

4. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When reaching out to us, please send us a video demonstrating the circulator fan not turning on after connecting the AC charging cable and pressing the power button for 15 seconds.
