To help us identify the issue, please provide a video showing the problem using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Send the video via email to support@switch-bot.com
Note:
To help us locate your email, make sure the subject includes the name of your support representative and your case number. Example: "To Rei #1234567"
After sending the email with your video, please notify your support representative in the original case thread so we can respond more quickly.
Method 2: Share a video link via Google Drive
Note:
Upload your video to Google Drive and share the link with the setting "Anyone with the link" as shown in the instructions below.
If you choose to set an expiration date for the link, please ensure it is valid for at least two weeks. Shorter expiration periods may cause delays if we need to request the video again.
Method 3: Share a video link via iCloud.com
