1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Ensure that the power supply at the bottom of the circulator is in the "I" position.
3. The circulator is a device that uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) for communication. If it is currently on, kindly switch it off, then turn it back on again.
4. Please switch off the circulator, then switch it back on again.
5. Please try resetting the circulator

6. If you have another smartphone or tablet available, consider pairing it with the circulator.
7. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, kindly log in to the SwitchBot app, proceed to 'Profile', then select 'Help and Feedback', followed by 'Feedback'. Our technical team will conduct a thorough investigation.
