How to Update the Firmware Version

• SwitchBot App Version: 8.3 or newer

Most devices can be updated with the firmware version by following the instructions below.

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Method 1: If Home Status is enabled, tap the update icon shown in the figure to update the firmware version of the product.

How to enable Home Status: SwitchBot App → Home screen → Tap "..." in the upper right corner → Tap Module Display Settings → Enable Home Status

3. Method 2: SwitchBot App → tap the relevant device → tap the gear icon in the upper right corner → tap the "Firmware & Battery" item in the settings screen → tap the blue "New firmware available".

Note:

1. For new firmware, please contact us via SwitchBot App > Profile > Help & Feedback >Feedback.
2. Please keep your smartphone and device close together when updating.
3. If you don't see the update, please restart your App.
