1. Open the SwtichBot App.

2. Tap profile.

3. Tap Help & Feedback.

4. Tap Feedback.

5.In the "All" list, here you can see the tickets you have submitted in the past.

※Read tickets are gray in date and will become red when a reply is received by customer service.

※Tips

1. If your SwitchBot App version is 6.23 or earlier, you may not be able to confirm feedback replies in your App. Please make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. If you are using an Android 7 model, you may not be able to update your SwitchBot App to the latest version. Please note that a higher Android OS is required to use the latest version.
