- SwitchBot app version: 6.14.1 or newer
1. Assicurati che la versione della tua app SwitchBot sia aggiornata.
2. Assicurati che l'Hub Mini sia connesso a una rete WiFi stabile a 2,4 GHz (802.11b/g/n, iPv4) invece che a una a 5 GHz. Attualmente, le reti iPv6 e i router Wi-Fi 6 non sono supportati.
3. In molti casi, può aiutare a risolvere la connessione al router riavviando il router stesso.
4. Nota che i materiali da costruzione e gli oggetti metallici situati tra il router WiFi e l'Hub Mini o tra l'Hub Mini e il tuo telefono influenzano la connettività. Se possibile, configura l'Hub Mini in una posizione con linea di vista libera dal tuo router WiFi.
5. Se ciò non funziona, si consiglia di effettuare un test collegando l'Hub Mini a un hotspot personale da un altro telefono cellulare. Presta attenzione ai seguenti punti:
- Turn on Personal Hotspot from another mobile phone.
- If possible, turn off the Wi-Fi router to exclude disturbances during the test.
- For iPhone 12 or newer devices, enable Maximize Compatibility to ensure the personal hotspot is a 2.4GHz network.
6. Dopo aver attivato l'hotspot personale, segui i passaggi per procedere con il test.
- Tap the Hub Mini on SwitchBot App.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right corner.
- Tap Wi-Fi Settings.
- Tap Edit, enter the new name & password of personal hotspot on your mobile phone.
7. Se l'Hub Mini si connette correttamente all'hotspot personale, allora il problema potrebbe essere nelle impostazioni del tuo router WiFi.
