Les appareils SwitchBot peuvent se connecter directement à différentes plateformes d’écosystème en tant qu’appareils bridge ou accessoires Matter.
- Matter over Bridge:
- Les accessoires Matter nécessitent un appareil bridge SwitchBot pour se connecter aux plateformes d’écosystème.
- Lorsque la spécification Matter est mise à jour, il n’est pas nécessaire de mettre à niveau le firmware de l’accessoire. La mise à jour du firmware de l’appareil bridge permet à la place de prendre en charge les nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Qu’est-ce qu’un bridge Matter ?
Un bridge Matter est un appareil intermédiaire certifié CSA qui agit comme un « traducteur de protocole ». Il permet aux appareils SwitchBot non compatibles Matter, par exemple ceux utilisant Bluetooth ou des protocoles propriétaires, de rejoindre l’écosystème Matter en convertissant leurs signaux en communication compatible Matter. Pour les produits SwitchBot, un bridge Matter simplifie l’intégration : il connecte les anciens appareils au réseau Matter, leur permettant de fonctionner avec des plateformes tierces comme Apple Home ou Alexa une fois associés à un contrôleur/hub propre à la plateforme. Si votre appareil n’apparaît pas dans Matter, veuillez suivre les étapes de dépannage ci-dessous :
1) Confirmez les prérequis.
Assurez-vous que votre appareil prend en charge Matter over Bridge via un appareil Hub compatible.
Hubs SwitchBot compatibles :

- SwitchBot Hub 3
- SwitchBot AI Hub
Assurez-vous également que :
- L’appareil est ajouté et en ligne dans l’application SwitchBot.
- L’appareil est associé à l’un des hubs indiqués ci-dessus.
2) Vérifiez Lab Feature (Beta) pour les entrées masquées.
Certains appareils compatibles peuvent apparaître uniquement dans cette liste secondaire (Matter Setup > Appareils secondaires > Lab Feature (Beta)).
