- Matter a través de Bridge:
- Los accesorios Matter requieren un dispositivo puente SwitchBot para conectarse a plataformas de ecosistemas.
- Cuando se actualiza la especificación Matter, no es necesario actualizar el firmware del accesorio. En su lugar, actualizar el firmware del dispositivo puente habilitará el soporte para nuevas funciones.
¿Qué es un puente Matter?
Un puente Matter es un dispositivo intermediario certificado por la CSA que actúa como un "traductor de protocolos". Permite que dispositivos SwitchBot que no son Matter (por ejemplo, aquellos que usan Bluetooth o protocolos propietarios) se unan al ecosistema Matter convirtiendo sus señales en comunicación compatible con Matter. Para los productos SwitchBot, un puente Matter simplifica la integración: conecta dispositivos heredados a la red Matter, permitiéndoles funcionar con plataformas de terceros (como Apple Home o Alexa) una vez emparejados con un controlador/hub específico de la plataforma. * ¿Qué debo hacer si mi dispositivo SwitchBot no aparece en Matter?
Si su dispositivo no aparece en Matter, por favor siga los siguientes pasos para solucionar problemas:
1) Confirme los requisitos previos.
Asegúrese de que su dispositivo soporte Matter a través de Bridge mediante un dispositivo Hub compatible.

También asegúrese de:
- El dispositivo está agregado y en línea en la app SwitchBot.
