• Applicable products: SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam (1080p), SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam (2K)

  1. Please prepare a pin/needle for resetting the camera.
  2. Make sure the camera is powered on.
  3. Make sure the camera is not registered to another SwitchBot account. If the camera was previously added to another account, we will not be able to complete the reset.
  4. Insert the needle into the reset hole on the back of the SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam and hold it for 5 seconds after you hear a click sound.
  5. Make sure you hear a 'bang-bang' beep sound from the camera.
  6. Release the needle.
  7. After you hear the startup sound, proceed to add the camera to your SwitchBot account again.
