1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot cam has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Go to the Cloud Storage screen.

  • Open the SwitchBot App.
  • Tap on the camera icon.
  • Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the monitoring screen.
  • Select "Cloud Storage" on the Settings screen.

4. On the Cloud Storage screen, tap "Order" to view the details of your subscribed services (service status, expiration date, etc.). Tap "Purchase New Service" to subscribe to a new service.
