1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. You can disable the promotional advertisement as follows:

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap your camera.
• Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap basic settings.
• Tap personalized recommandations.
• Switch On to Off.
