Please prepare a pin/needle for resetting the camera.
Make sure your camera is powered on.
Make sure your camera is not registered to another SwitchBot account. If your camera was previously added to another account, we will not be able to complete any device resetting.
Insert the needle into the reset hole on the back of your SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam and hold it for 5 seconds after you hear a click sound.
You should hear a sound emitted from your device when the process is completed.
Release the needle.
After you hear the startup sound, proceed to add the camera to your SwitchBot account.
