What should I do if cleaning performance is poor on a dark carpet?

The cliff sensor may mistake a dark carpet for a drop and stop the robot. In the SwitchBot App, go to Floor Cleaning Robot S30 > Map Editing > Carpet Cleaning > Carpet Settings, and mark the relevant area as a dark carpet. Do not use this setting near stairs; mark those areas as restricted zones instead, because cliff detection is reduced in dark-carpet areas.
