How do I resolve a loose or noisy main roller brush?

First check that the main roller brush is installed correctly. With the brush cover installed, visible bristles indicate that the brush is not fully seated.

Remove the cover, push the brush firmly toward the shaft end until it clicks, and rotate it slightly if necessary.

If the brush is correctly installed but the issue continues, contact customer support.
