What Should I Do if Floor Cleaning Robot S30 Reports a Water Filling Error or Cannot Add Water? – SwitchBot Help Center

Check that the clean-water docking silicone plug is correctly installed and not visibly damaged.
Make sure the clean-water tank contains water and is installed correctly. When the robot begins filling with water at the station, firmly push the robot toward the rear to ensure it is fully docked with the station.

Troubleshooting tips:

Keep the robot powered on. Press and hold the Mode button for 10 seconds until you hear a chime.
Press the Mode button once. The water pump will start and make a sound. As shown in the video, firmly press and hold the water inlet opening for 3 to 4 seconds, then check for airflow or suction.
If you cannot hear the water pump, make sure the buttons were not pressed incorrectly. Repeat the steps two or three times.
When finished, press and hold the Power button to restart the robot.

Check that the clean-water docking silicone plug is correctly installed and not visibly damaged.
Make sure the clean-water hose is correctly installed, undamaged, and not bent or kinked. Also confirm that the household water supply valve is open.
When the robot begins filling with water at the station, firmly push the robot toward the rear to ensure it is fully docked with the station.
Check whether the S30 clean-water pump is working properly by following the same steps above.
