Please kindly note that there is no difference between EU and US versions of the SwitchBot Lock, only the additional parts/accessories/adapters inside the package are different due to locks varying from region to region. Refer to the video to go through with Lock installation.
Note:
- If you are using an EU Lock, and has no external handles at out side of the door , Please update the SwitchBot App to V6.24 or newer and firmware to V6.5 or newer so that the Lock will keep unlocked or unlatched ( a common mechanical design for European locks) for a little time when unlocking.

How do I fasten the adaptor to my EU lock cylinder tap? Nothing tells me what to do. It’s a very common lock type in Denmark
I have just paid the double the price of the lock for changing my EU Lock to a version where the internal turn can be removed. Not all EU lock can detach the turn
