How to Adjust SwitchBot Lock Ultra Turning Force to Gentle

• SwitchBot App Version：9.13 or newer
• Firmware Version: 1.8 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Ultra has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Please set the turning force in the following order:

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap Lock Ultra.
• Tap Gear Icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap "Basic Settings".
• Tap "Turning Force".
• Adjust it to "Gentle".

Note: If you are using dual-lock, please disable dual-lock and set each Lock Ultra to gentle.
