1. Tap the ⚙ button on the top right of this device in the Alexa App and delete the device in the Alexa App.
2. After deleting it, please command Alexa, "Alexa, please detect new device."
3. If steps 1 and 2 don't solve the problem, please unlink the Alexa App and try to link (activate the skill) again.
4. If the above steps do not solve the problem, please log in to SwitchBot App, tap Profile, and contact us via feedback.

I keep losing connection every few weeks at least and can’t get it back to work again. Completely unreliable cr@p.
