How to Add SwitchBot Devices and Scenes to iOS Widget

1． Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2． Guide on how to set up the widget.

• Launch the SwitchBot App.
• Tap "Profile" -> Widget Settings.
  
• Add the desired Device or Scene and save your settings.

iOS version＜18:

3. To add a widget, press and hold a blank screen on the iPhone home screen -> swipe the screen to the right -> press the "Customize" button -> add the SwitchBot device to the widget -> tap "Done".

Note: Since Apple has discontinued support for legacy widgets, SwitchBot is no longer able to maintain them. We kindly recommend updating your iOS to version 18 or later to take advantage of the new and improved widgets. Thank you for your understanding!

iOS version≥18+SwitchBot App≥9.5：

3. Add widgets in the following order on your iPhone.

• Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
• Tap "Edit" in the upper left corner.
• Tap "Add Widget".
• Input SwitchBot and Search.
• Follow the on-screen steps to add your devices to the Widget.

Note: To add Bluetooth-enabled devices such as SwitchBot Curtain and SwitchBot Lock to widgets, you need to use them in conjunction with our SwitchBot Hub Series products. These include SwitchBot Hub Mini, SwitchBot Hub 2, SwitchBot Hub Mini Matter Enabled.
