Check whether the battery has power. First, charge the device with a 5V/2A adapter for more than 3 hours and see whether it can recover.
If the charging indicator does not turn on while charging, try using another adapter to rule out charging failure caused by the adapter.
Press and hold the pairing button for at least 15 seconds and check whether the indicator light changes.
If the indicator light does not change, insert a pin into the reset hole near the charging port to reset the device.
If the issue persists after reset, please record a video of the reset process and provide it to customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
