Why Can Siri Only Close Garage Door Opener but Not Open It?

For customer safety and to prevent the garage door from being opened accidentally due to unintended voice commands, we currently restrict opening the garage door directly through Siri.

Please use Siri to close the garage door only when it is safe to do so.
