- Make sure the home address set in the SwitchBot App is accurate.
- Press and hold the button on the top of your SwitchBot Weather Station for 2 seconds to refresh the latest data.
- If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in the SwitchBot App. We will forward your feedback to our R&D team for further investigation.
