1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. Issues may occur with the beta version.
2. Check for any available firmware updates by going to SwitchBot app → Weather Station → Gear icon → Firmware & Battery. If needed, update the firmware to the latest version located near the device.
3. Press and hold the button on the back of the Weather Station for 15 seconds to reset it.
4. Using a reset pin or a thin tool, press and hold the reset hole for 3 seconds until the indicator lights up to reboot the device.
