1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. Issues may occur with the beta version.
2. Check for any available firmware updates by going to SwitchBot app → Weather Station → Gear icon → Firmware & Battery. If needed, update the firmware to the latest version located near the device.
3. Make sure that your personal calendar is synchronized with the Weather Station by using the ICS file format URL.
4. Verify the validity of the ICS file format URL. If it is no longer valid, obtain the URL again.
Note: If you can paste the URL into a browser and successfully download the ICS file, then the URL is valid. If you cannot download it, the URL is invalid. (For iOS Calendar, remember to change the prefix "webcal" to "https".)
5. Verify that the time zone of your personal calendar matches the time zone of the Weather Station's home location.
6. Long press the button in the top right of the Weather Station to manually update the device's data.
