The device is powered on and the Wi-Fi button light is flashing slowly, but the App cannot connect to the device for activation.
- Please first ensure that the mobile phone has turned on the Bluetooth and location service functions and authorized the App to use the above permissions. When scanning, please keep the distance between the mobile phone and the device within 2 meters.
- If you still cannot scan or connect to the device, please completely exit the App (you also need to close it in the background) and then re-enter it; turn off and then turn on the device power button again.
If the problem still persists, please contact the after-sales customer service for assistance.
