You can turn off and then turn on the power of the home router and the optical modem. The machine will automatically connect to the network. If it doesn't work, manually configure the network again, exit the App and log in again.
If it still doesn't work, please follow the steps below to check the network settings:
- Confirm whether the home network is in the 2.4G frequency band. For dual-band routers, you need to turn off the dual-band combination or 5G preference. In this way, two Wi-Fi signals will appear. When reconnecting to the network, just select the 2.4G signal. In addition, the router encryption mode does not support WPA3 and above.
- Confirm whether you can successfully connect to the App through the mobile phone hotspot.
· If the mobile phone hotspot can be connected, you can try changing the name of the mobile phone hotspot to be the same as that of the router, and then turn off the router. After connecting to the mobile phone hotspot, turn on the router again. After 5 minutes, turn off the mobile phone hotspot and see if the machine can normally switch to connect to the Wi-Fi.
· If the mobile phone hotspot cannot be connected either, you need to modify the name of the mobile phone hotspot. After simplifying it, connect to the mobile phone hotspot first. After connecting, upgrade the 1.44 wifi firmware. (The old version of the wifi firmware has the problem that the name cannot be recognized). After the upgrade, connect to the router again.
· If the mobile phone hotspot is normally connected but cannot be switched to the router normally, please confirm whether the network is stable. You can try moving the machine closer to the router.
- If the above methods don't work, you can try using another router.
